If your Kinetic Balance Lamp™ arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or issue
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the packaging, if the package was damaged during delivery
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the case.
Please do not discard the item or packaging before your case has been reviewed, as we may need additional information to process the request.
Change of mind / right of withdrawal
If you wish to return an unused item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return request
- Confirmation that the item is unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, if any, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Return approval required
Please contact us before sending any return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. The address shown in email footers, order emails, or store communications is not automatically a return address.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Items that may not be accepted
We may refuse or reduce a refund if:
- The item has been used, damaged, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it
- The item is returned without approval
- The return is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- The returned item does not match the original order
- The issue is caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
This does not affect your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that the item has been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.
