REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with KineticLoops.

This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, defective items, and cancellations are handled.

Please include your order number when contacting us.

RETURNS

If you would like to request a return, contact us at tsukuyomi@kineticloops.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

Please do not send items back before contacting us first. We will provide instructions if your return request is accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the safe return of the item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tsukuyomi@kineticloops.com.

Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos or video of the issue
- a short explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may be unable to accept returns for:
- items damaged due to misuse
- items returned without contacting us first
- items not in a reasonable returnable condition
- items missing parts or packaging due to customer handling
- items outside the return period, unless required by law

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at tsukuyomi@kineticloops.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has started processing or has been shipped.

AMBIENT LIGHTING NOTE

The Kinetic Balance Lamp™ is designed for ambient lighting and visual decor. It is not intended to replace a full-room main light.

LEGAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.

For customers in Norway, the EU, or EEA, you may have statutory rights relating to withdrawal, faulty goods, repair, replacement, refund, or complaint rights under applicable consumer law.
