ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is usually 8–15 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
If a free shipping offer is active, it will be shown on the product page, cart, or checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
KineticLoops is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at tsukuyomi@kineticloops.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
KineticLoops is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

We will help track the shipment and review the available options.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at tsukuyomi@kineticloops.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos or video of the damage or defect
- a short explanation of the issue
If the item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
