4. PRICING All prices are shown in USD and may not include shipping, taxes, customs, or import duties unless stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. For significantly delayed orders, contact us at pawze.pet@gmail.com.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at pawze.pet@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

9. PRODUCT SAFETY Pawze ceramic slow feeder bowls are designed for pet feeding only. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper handling.
