Estimated delivery is usually 8–15 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, local delivery conditions, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges.

Products must be used only as intended and according to any product instructions or warnings provided.
The Kinetic Balance Lamp™ is designed for ambient lighting and visual decor. It is not intended to replace a full-room main light.
Keep electrical products away from water, excessive moisture, extreme heat, and unsafe surfaces.
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
SECTION 12 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
